If all three of areas submit a full bid, our membership will take a vote on where the walk will go. The vote will be sent via email on July the 1st. Each member will have one vote.
You can obviously have a membership drive for your area of choice before July 28th when the vote will close and any new members will be excluded from voting after that date.
