Please see our official request for sponsorship and various links & attachments including our latest annual report, and the brochure from the 2017 UK Recovery Walk.
We sincerely hope you can make a decision about this as soon as possible as it is imperative that we get started as early as possible on making sure this wonderful event takes place again.
The annual UK Recovery Walk comes back to the West Midlands . This year it will be held in Shrewsbury on Saturday 8th September and will be followed by an afternoon of celebrations, music and family activities at Quarry park. The UK Recovery Walk has become the premier national event for celebrating recovery and this year we expect over 5000 people to join us in Shrewsbury in 2018. Participants report feeling inspired and motivated through connecting with others during this annual demonstration of visible recovery in action. No other recovery event in Europe comes even close in generating such passion and commitment from so many members of the UK recovery community and we hope that your organisation will be well represented on the day.
We are appealing to you to support us with a financial contribution to ensure that we can continue to meet our objectives and organise another high quality event in Shrewsbury this year. Please find attached Shrewsbury 2018 Sponsorship UK Recovery Walk Sponsorship -2 should you choose to become a sponsor.
